Greg has established himself as a leader in the construction recruitment sector by focusing solely on the construction industry. Greg has built teams and construction recruitment divisions within a large international recruitment firm and a mid-sized boutique recruitment firm.
In 2018, Greg founded Gilkes Construction Recruitment Inc. with the idea of creating a recruitment firm built on honesty and integrity.
Greg is a family man with a beautiful wife, three children and a house full of pets. Greg loves sports with his favourite teams being the Toronto Maple Leafs, Kansas City Chiefs, Toronto Raptors and Toronto Blue Jays. Free time is often spent with my family or enjoying a round of golf.
